Registration Instructions
To complete registration for your child, you can either:
- Call us at (213) 201-5940 to schedule a registration appointment OR
- Starting on Tuesday, March 7th at 8:00 AM, log-in to Equitas.schoolmint.net/signin to complete the registration online
Please be sure to gather the following documents:
- Birth certificate (or any other verification of legal name and date of birth)
- Immunization records
- Individualized Education Plan (IEP) - if applicable
Our office is located at 2723 W 8th St, Los Angeles, CA 90005. Our office hours are from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM everyday. If you would like to schedule an appointment to complete your registration in person, please contact us at (213) 201-5940 or via email at [email protected].
