Mr. Eduardo Escobar has always had a passion for working with kids and joins the Equitas family with over ten years of experience working with SPED students. His goal is to not only fill the role of a teacher and Dean, but to serve as a role model and to make sure that every Equitas Academy scholar is successful. Mr. Escobar was born and raised in South Central, Los Angeles and faced many challenges growing up. With the guidance of his role models, the help of his teachers, and most importantly, the sacrifices of his parents, he overcame those challenges and achieved his educational goals. He received his Associate's and Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. In his spare time, Mr. Escobar likes spending time with his family (especially his nieces and nephews), watching sports and playing soccer. He also enjoys giving back to the community by spending time serving the less fortunate. Mr. Eduardo is ecstatic to have joined the Equitas family. He looks forward to providing scholars with the tools necessary to graduate from a four-year university.
